Make-a-Wish Foudation

On May 9th, I will be participating in a 5K walk to raise funds for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. If you are not familiar with this organization, they grant wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Many of us have a "list" of things we would like to accomplish before our time on earth is through. Unfortunately, some children are faced with very brief time. Make-a-Wish helps make their dreams come true! What an incredible thing to do! I am thrilled to walk for this organization and I would love to raise a lot of funds so they can grant even more wishes!

Class of 2010, Here is your first Senior Model!

Time for a little glimpse of Ryan! Ryan is the first of D'LyndL's Senior Models for the Class of 2010! Ryan and his family (or "entourage" as I dubbed them!) were so much fun to work with! His sister was in charge of wardrobe and I am seriously considering taking her out as my personal stylist! But, I digress! They kept me laughing pretty much the whole time and Ryan was such a natural in front of the camera. I would tell you how completely photogenic he is, but I will let you see for yourselves!

A Glimpse from my "Adventure" with Three Adorable Kids!

The following kids belong to one of my fabulous friends who has been itching to decorate her new living room with some new and beautiful pieces of art. What better artwork than her three li'l munchkins? We've been watching our schedules and the weather (and those of you who live in NY in the spring know how hard that is to do!) and finally got them out on Friday. Here's a little glimpse behind the glass for Stacy and Steve!

Nephew on the way!

For Easter I took the kiddos back to see the family. We had a fabulous time, and I get to share one of the highlights with you! My brother-in-law and his wife are expecting their second baby boy! We were able to get in a quick session before they headed home. As you will see, Bonnie is simply beautiful and it's incredible to see the way Chris looks at her. The most adorable part of the session was watching my nephew "play trucks" with his baby brother. Too cute!

Seniors, Class of 2010

This weekend starts the Senior Model sessions! Our first model is Ryan and I can't wait for his session! (Check back for his glimpse behind the glass next week!) Many of you may recognize the next face featured here on the D'LyndL Blog! This is the beautiful Laurie Laskowski from the Clay Ground in Vestal. (One of my personal favorite places to go hang out with my girlfriends!) We had a fun afternoon and got some stunning shots! Laurie, you are radiant!

Dates for Summer!

Event and session availability is now available for the summer! Head on over to the D'LyndL website, www.dlyndlphotography.com and select the calendar option on the menu. Some of the dates have already been taken. Be sure to reserve ahead of time if you have a family event planned for the summer. For those of you expecting a blessed little bundle, be sure to let me know what your due date is so that we can plan your maternity and newborn sessions! I am looking forward to the world turning green and beautiful and WARM again! I can't wait to see the images to come this spring and summer!
