Family Sneak Peak!

Amanda and Brian, here is the preview of your gorgeous little family! These three were such a pleasure to work with, and little Miss Abby is such a doll! Check out this girl's hair! So, so soft! She is such a snuggly little treasure!

Mom's Flowers

I was visiting my parents and my mother had planted the most gorgeous and intense blue flowers! She couldn't remember what they were, so if anyone out there knows, please leave me a comment and tell me, I REALLY want to get some for my flower bed!

Vacation Treasures

As many of you know, I'm on vacation with the twins. Big brother is on his own special trip with his grandparents, so it's just me and the little ones visiting family and friends until brother comes home. I took the little ones to the beach tonight and found these two little treasures that I wanted to share with you.

My daughter took right to the beach. She even slid down a mini sand bank to splash around in the water. My son, on the other hand... cried for about 5 minutes, then finally got comfortable with the sights and sounds of the lake. We had a nice time climbing on the driftwood, throwing rocks and smooshing our feet in the sand. In the end, I had a cold, wet little princess ready to go, and a happy little prince who literally danced his way down the beach, back to the stroller.

Expecting Parents

Here you go, Missie and Chris! The two of you were so fun to work with today. The weather worked out beautifully, after a morning of nothing but rain, rain, and more rain, we were able to go outside and enjoy the amazing sunlight. Now, normally I would not post quite so many sneak peaks, but I know the two of you will be surrounded with family this weekend as you celebrate the upcoming arrival of precious Mr. J! So, I picked out 2 from our studio session and 3 from outdoors. Have a great weekend with your family and I look forward to seeing you again once your little bundle arrives!

Adorable little guys

A while back I met up with one of my friends back home. (Hi, Val!) The plan was to photograph Val's very pregnant and beautiful friend, then snag some shots of Val and her family. I had so much fun with the maternity photos, Val's little ones were a bit "spirited" by the time I got to them. The first thing they wanted to do _SO_ badly.... they really wanted to get into the pink tu tu I had brought with me... It was SO FUNNY! Since Val, her husband, and I have known each other for more years than any one of us cares to count, I know I can safely post the following pictures. Now, for you men out there reading this... fear not, if you keep looking, there is some redemption in the photos to come...

Happy Father's Day to this wonderful family! Knowing this crafty bunch, Dad probably ended up with a sentimental keepsake made with love by his two little cuties at the hand of his lovely wife. Can't wait to see!
